(New York, 19 January 2024) – Motko is thrilled to announce that we are expanding our services by launching a dedicated real estate consulting division. Motko’s management described the expansion as driven by clients’ needs as they seek support and guidance for holistic property services amid the rising demand for high quality and wellness focused office space.

The real estate consulting division offers services in three areas: helping properties attain healthy-building certification according to the WELL Building Standard; well-being and sustainability analysis and strategy development to enhance asset value and returns; hollistic review, value-add or performance advisory, such as, class C to class A office conversion.

Other Motko’s division is the software arm, offering a well-being solution to corporations (B2B) and an occupant platform for landlords and real estate investors.
